From Script to Screen: A Voter Registration PSA for Florida For All

From script to broadcast-ready in 48 hours — cast, shot, and delivered on a clean white cyclorama for Florida public television.

The Challenge: Florida For All needed a :30 voter registration spot, and they needed the whole machine behind it. The script was ready. What they didn't have was everything else — the talent, the stage, the crew, and the post pipeline to take it from page to broadcast. The message had to feel like Florida: real people, every age and background, speaking directly to their neighbors. And like all political work, the calendar wasn't negotiable.

Our Approach: A&G handled the entire production start to finish. We took the client's script and cast on-camera talent from our roster — a range of ages and backgrounds so the spot spoke to every voter in the state. We staged it on a clean white cyclorama: no set builds, no location logistics, nothing between the people and the message. One shoot day captured every read. Then our post team cut it, built the bold civic graphics, mixed the audio broadcast-clean, and delivered a finished :30 ready for air.

What We Delivered: A broadcast-ready :30 voter registration PSA — fully cast, shot, edited, mixed, and delivered for Florida airwaves. Script to screen, one production company.

Why It Matters: A message like this lives or dies on trust, and trust comes from faces that look like the audience. That's a casting problem, a directing problem, and a deadline problem all at once — because political calendars don't move. This is what a full-service production company is for: hand us a script, and the casting, the stage, the crew, the edit, and the delivery are all one call. No vendor chain, no handoffs. When the message matters and the clock is running, we get it on the air.
