A two-studio, two-crew virtual production that captured a live sales kickoff and a full library of masterclass content at the same time — a model we can build anywhere in the world.
The Challenge
A global IT enterprise needed its annual Sales Kickoff to do two jobs at once. It had to feel like a live, high-energy broadcast for the audience in the room — the keynotes, the reveals, the big moments a sales team shows up for. And it had to produce a library of polished, masterclass-style content the organization could use long after the event ended.
Most productions force a choice. You capture the live show, or you produce the evergreen content — rarely both, and almost never at the same time without one compromising the other. Doing both usually means booking the space twice, running the crew twice, and paying for it twice.
Our Approach
We built two studios and ran them in parallel.
Studio A captured the live recorded show — panels, keynotes, and reveals, shot as a broadcast in front of a live audience against an LED wall displaying a nighttime city skyline. Studio B ran simultaneously as a dedicated virtual production stage for masterclass-style content: focused, high-production training and thought-leadership segments, shot against an intimate loft environment.
Two full crews. Two rooms. Running at the same time. While the live show was being captured in Studio A, polished evergreen content was being produced in Studio B — no waiting, no bottleneck, no choosing between them. Running two crews is exactly what made it seamless: the event never stopped to switch gears, because it never had to.
And because both stages ran on LED volume, we could swap environments instantly. A city skyline for the live panel. A warm loft for the masterclass. Change the world on the wall, and the next setup was ready to shoot — no set builds, no travel, no teardown between looks. One facility became any number of distinct, broadcast-quality environments on demand.
What We Delivered
A fully-produced live sales kickoff broadcast, plus a complete library of masterclass-style content — keynotes, training modules, and brand segments — all captured in-camera on LED volume stages and delivered ready to deploy across the sales organization.
We also ran a full edit bay on-site. Instead of leaving with a hard drive and a six-week wait, content was cut, reviewed, and turned around live at the event — so finished pieces were ready while the kickoff was still happening.
One event. Two content streams. Edited on-site. Produced at the same time.

Why It Matters
A sales kickoff is one of the most expensive events a company runs all year — and for most companies, the moment the room clears, that investment evaporates. Our two-studio model changes the math. You get the live experience your team flies in for, AND a year's worth of polished content that keeps working long after the event is over. The same budget produces twice the return.
And here's what matters most for planning: this setup isn't tied to one city, one venue, or one stage. Because it runs on LED volume, we can build and run it anywhere in the world. Wherever your kickoff happens, we bring the stages, the crews, and the production — one partner, one seamless build, any location.
